HELP ME, HELP OTHERS

COVID-19 has thrown several people curve balls, and even turned their life upside down. So now, it’s more important than ever to support small businesses! For me, the touring income I depended on to be able to get through this year financially, is no longer available. (You can read more below.)

Any & all donations (even as small as $1) will directly benefit my business and go toward things like: supply costs for a “social distance home studio” (lights, stands, transmitter, backdrops, etc.), a portrait-optimized lens, education, and overall increased efforts to better my skills and learn new areas of photography, design, and video. And of course to share everything with you!

PLUS, for every $300 I receive, I will give $50 to someone else just like me – a person in a creative field that is un/underemployed due to COVID-19.

I can’t even express how grateful I am for anything that comes my way. I understand these are tough times for everyone, so even sharing this page helps more than you probably know! ❤

Anyone who donates $20 or more will receive a complimentary 5×7 print of their choice (just choose the $20 option below)!

The story:

In January, as I’d planned for several months, I took a BIG leap and left my full-time job to go on tour. We (almost) got through the winter tour before COVID-19 prematurely ended it AND caused the shut down of the entire touring industry, which will likely continue until 2022.

Unfortunately, I planned on touring income from 3-4 guaranteed tours + additional tours as my main source of income for 2020 (with plans to work on diversifying my income in the coming years).

Now the diversification of income has jumped to the top of my “get it done” list (also sometimes referred to as a “priority list”).

I’m doing what I can to get by and working hard on developing my photo, design, and video skills in areas other than live music, but unfortunately that’s not an immediate thing; it takes time.

But, I don’t like saying “I” and “me” all the time, so I’m hoping to help others that are in the same position as me, as much as possible.
